The Anheuser Busch Designated Driver Program
Designated Drivers are an important part of the Columbus Beerfest. For $15, they get admission to the event (they can enter with VIP's at 6:30pm or or at 7:30pm with the Regular Admission folks). They'll receive a coupon good for $6 at the Concession Stands within the Hall, and unlimited bottled water and 3 soft drinks at the Designated Driver Booth where Anheuser Busch will also be raffling off some great swag...just for Designated drivers to win!

WAKE THE NEIGHBORS! 260 Beers & Counting! 14 New Breweries This Year.....Including Columbus's Brand New FOUR STRINGS BREWING CO.'s DEBUT!!!!! 3 Floyds, Cellar Rat from Madison OH, 2 Yuengling styles making their Ohio debuts, Weasel Boy from Zanesville joins the party, Dogfish Head returns in a big way, special brewery releases from Founders, Bell's, and many more! As always, plot your path wisely. The Table Map will be posted THIS THURSDAY so you can print your own at home. The more exclusive/limited quantity beers on the Main Festival's Main Floor will tap at 6:30, and others at times noted. Depending on their popularity, some beers may not be available for the RegularTasting Session (but most will) that begins at 7:30pm each night but there certainly hundreds of others to enjoy. Designated Driver Tickets
We do offer Designated Driver tickets for just $15 each, and they includes One Coupon for $6 in non-alcoholic drinks or food at the Concession Stands, and a $5 off Coupon for any Beerfest Souvenirs. Anyone found to be drinking/sharing beers wearing the Designated Driver wristbands will be removed from the festival by security. They can be purchased in advance through the ticket link for a quicker entry, OR AT THE DOOR.
BECOMING A FESTIVAL VOLUNTEER
It takes a lot of volunteers, 200 in fact, to make such a great event a success. If you are interested in serving as a Festival Volunteer we'd love your help. Whether it be learning about beers and serving up samples to attendees, handling tickets at the gate, or even helping with the setup of the festival, volunteers make it a better event for all. Our beneficiary, The Big Joe Duskin Music Education Foundation will have many volunteers, but many more are needed to pull off such a big event. Volunteers get a super cool Volunteer T Shirt, a drinking cup, libations, a casual dinner on the fly and our heartfelt thanks. We need all volunteers to be there from 5:30pm to 11:15pm . It's a great time and benefits a great cause. And we all make sure to have a great time! We will even reimburse you up to $8 for parking, bring the receipt when you Check In. We will also provide you with a Concession Stand Coupon good for up to $6 during your shift. We are in the Exhibit Hall D. The VOLUNTEERS ENTRANCE is the MAIN ENTRANCE. In terms of your security, we will have off duty Police as well as Event staff on hand to deal with any problems that may arise at the festival itself.
